We have installed a new replacement tile floor in our training center
The new tiles, the glue to set them and the finishing polish are offgassing. What ventilation rate is recommended to maintain good IAQ and for what time period?
The rooftop units are set for 10% fresh air at the Economizer and we have the fans on Manual. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

It sounds like you are describing a commercial facility, not a residence.
The old ASHRAE ventilation guideline was a minimum of 0.35 air changes per hour (ACH). So you need to calculate the volume of the space, and you need to know the cfm of your ventilation fan or air intake.
However, that recommendation concerns routine ventilation requirements. For a situation like yours, you want to ventilate at a high rate because of the odor problem. You should ventilate as much as possible until the smell goes away.
