Plan to sheath with insulated ZIP 4×8 panels. In the interior looking at the 2×6 stud caviity should I caulk the Zip insulation to the stud or is there enough pressure from nails to seal same?

    The nailing schedule is sufficient to insure sufficient attachment to the studs so the answer is no you do not.
