Your last email advised that I should update my credit card info before 12/13/2013. But I am already being denied access to any GBA articles. I must ask myself if renewal makes sense.

    Mark,
    On behalf of GBA, I'd like to apologize for our site access problems. If you choose not to renew your subscription, I understand the decision.

    I have recently reset the "permissions" in hopes that the maneuver (at least temporarily) fixes our site access problems. I urge you to try to access our site again, and to contact customer service department on Monday morning.

    I wish I could offer better service, and I'm sorry.
