Temperature difference between full basement and daylight basement

Temp in my full basement after 10 days of single-digit outside temperatures is 45°F. That’s the coolest it’s been in 20 winters.
What’s the expected temperature difference between full and a daylight basement with southern exposure and large windows?

Your question is unanswerable, because of the high number of variables: geographical location, insulation levels (R-values of the slab and walls), infiltration levels, glazing area, glazing SHGC, glazing U-factor, and weather.
In general, a basement with south-facing windows will be warmer than a basement without windows when the sun is shining, and will be colder than a basement without windows when the sun isn't shining.
