    Wow James, that is a cool house! It's nice to see a low-tech, low-impact house that's attractive and interesting. I like his description of it as part of a "Permaculture approach to life."

    It's similar to many homes built in the US in the 1970s, the heyday of hippie building.

    My prediction: the Achilles' heel will be roof leaks.
