Is ginkgo heartwood rot/termite resistant?

I have some ginkgo tree that was felled naturally, it has been milled and air dryed for over a year. Can I use it for a fencing project? Is sassafras rot resistant?

    Stefan,
    According to the US Forest Products Lab, sassafras wood is falls into the "resistant or very resistant" [to decay] category. I could not locate any information on the rot resistance of ginkgo.
