I'm not familiar with rib-and-block slabs, but a quick Web search shows that this term is a (mostly) South African term for a type of commercial concrete floor.
This web site focuses on residential construction, not commercial construction, so your question is best directed to a different web site.
That said, the only way I know to get the price in U.S. dollars of building materials is to call up a building material supplier and ask about their prices. We're an online magazine, not a source of building materials.
