Hi, does anyone know if there is an ERV with a MERV 13 or greater filter?

Zehnder. They call it an "F7" filter which I guess is equivalent in a European measurement system.

I'm not aware of any that come standard with a MERV 13 filter. The F7 filter for the Zehnder units that Cramer mentioned are an optional extra. The closest any ERV comes to MERV 13 (standard) that I'm aware of is the the Ultimate Air 200DX (http://www.ultimateair.com/products/standard-features/)...MERV 12 according to their product literature.

Of course, a filter box and MERV 13 filter can be added to any ERV/HRV....but you'll want to check the filter pressure drop and the ERV's fan curve to make sure you can still get the airflow you want.
