The Harrop-Procter Community Forest in southeastern British Columbia, stewarded by The Harrop-Procter Watershed Protection Society and managed by The Harrop-Procter Community Co-operative, is FSCNonprofit organization that promotes forestry practices that are sustainable from environmental and social standpoints; FSC certification on a wood product is an indicator that the wood came from a well-managed forest.-certified. Species include Douglas fir, lodgepole pine, birch, aspen, larch, hemlock, balsam fir, and spruce. Rough green, tight-knot, cedar lumber and timbers are available in common dimensions. T&G indoor paneling is available in fir, pine, cedar, and larch. Fir and larch flooring, fir interior decking, cedar and larch exterior decking, and various profiles of cedar siding are offered. Custom orders over 1,000 board feet can be quoted.
