Be careful when installing flooring over green concrete

Moisture can damage flooring.
Uncured concrete and below-grade slabs give off a great deal of moisture for quite some time. Installing linoleum, vinylCommon term for polyvinyl chloride (PVC). In chemistry, vinyl refers to a carbon-and-hydrogen group (H2C=CH–) that attaches to another functional group, such as chlorine (vinyl chloride) or acetate (vinyl acetate)., or any other vapor-impermeable flooring too soon can cause flooring to bubble or fail. Using sealed concrete as the finished floor is less expensive and uses fewer materials than installing vinyl, linoleum or an engineered wood floor.
