A blower door test helps identify energy-robbing air leaks.
A blower door is a large calibrated fan that estimates a house's air tightness using pressure differences and airflow. It can be used for room-to-room pressure testing as well as whole-house measurements. The blower door and associated diagnostic tests take less than 90 minutes.
