Design with a home office in mind

Working from a home office is becoming increasingly common.
Eliminating the office commute has many environmental benefits, and making a home office possible in new housing should be a priority. Strategies include identifying one or two rooms that could serve as home offices, providing natural daylight to reduce electric lighting, and installing conduits to make upgrades to wiring easier in the future.
