My original account (brooklynite), the one that is currently paying for Pro, has trouble posting to the forum; every time I post, I get a message saying my post is being reviewed. And the account’s profile page does not exist. I tried calling Taunton support, and the person said I should delete my cache, which is most definitely not the answer. (I tried, and it didn’t work.)

Anyone have an idea what’s going on?
