One of the GBA Business Advisors, Michael Strong, made the local FOX news broadcast for a home that his company, GreenHaus Builders, built a couple of years ago. The energy bills are much lower than the neighbors’ and the customers are thrilled with the comfort and style. “My answer for anybody who is on the fence about building green is – jump,” says owner David Ronn.

Yes green building doesn't cost more, in fact that is what new york is doing to save money.
