    Rylee,
    OK, question number 3 -- and we all agree in principle that it's up to you to do your own homework, right? Remember, we're not going to do your homework for you.

    Do you believe that green construction is good for the environment? If so, why?

    Once you can answer that question, you should be able to tackle the question about whether developed countries should employ green building principles.

    Basic economics for those equipped with a pocket money for education purposes:

    $ 1.- spend on a product or service is $ 1.- spend on energy.

    Ergo: the cheaper you want to be for the environment the less you spend, earn.
