Adding interior insulation

I have a partially constructed building that has 2×6 walls. Construction is restarting after the recent code change. Building is weather tight with roof and siding installed. I’d like to add interior continuous insulation and a smart vapor barrier. I’m thinking about installing fiberglass insulation in 2×6 cavities, installing a smart vapor barrier and then adding 2×2 horizontal battens for a service cavity to be filled with batt insulation and then covered with Sheetrock.
is there a detail of this on this website? I can’t seem to find it.
Comments welcome.
Thanks

Walter,
It’s called a Mooney Wall, invented by Tim Mooney and Mike Smith. A couple of links:
