Help finding flashing attachment for solar panel racking

user-4435615 | Posted in General Questions on

Yesterday, November 28th 2018, there was an advertisement in the Blogs section of the GBA for a new flashing attachment for the racking system for solar panels.  I would like to see that advertisement again.  Where can I find it?

    Ted,
I have no idea. Are any GBA readers able to help Ted?

    Ted,

I changed the title of your post to hopefully get more people to open it. If you can remember anything about the system, that may be helpful info to add.

The advertisement was for for a combination of the flat flashing plate, the lug nut and the bracket to which the rails of the racking system are attached.

Unfortunately, that describes a few of the systems I've seen. Any chance it was Iron Ridge:

In the mean time, I'll keep watching for the ad to display again.

    Brian,
I found it at the Iron Ridge site. The "FlashFoot2" mounting bracket was what I was looking for. Thanks !
