How do you repair or replace an old aluminum sliding window weather strip gaskets? thk/ew

I dont hv any problem with cold in my city (SF) because temp only 
coldest  only about 48 F indoor, weather is not the problem.
My old window, but still useful, what i need is to find replacement parts
for it, like weather strip gaskets, do you any suggestion where to purchase such item, any comment would be helpful .  thk/ew

    Generally, I say fix your old windows because you will never save enough energy to recover the high cost of replacement.

    When someone says they have aluminum windows and the outside temperature is very different than the inside temp, I change my tune and say replace the windows but be sure to remove the aluminum that connects the interior to the exterior. Change the windows for comfort even if the energy will not pay off.

    I grew up in a house with aluminum windows and recall having ice an inch thick on all the window frames.
