I’m a builder in northern Indiana, planning to build a passive house working with an architect out of Ann Arbor MI.  The architect is interested in using the BuildSmart panelized wall system (SIP with some improvements).  They have not worked with the product before, does anyone here have experience with this company/product? (based in Lawrence KS). 

For background, we have build 10 double-stud wall houses, and have a fair amount of experiential background in energy efficient res. building.  We’d like to continue to refine our site-build methods and see this as an opportunity for come up with our ‘perfect’ site built system, but also haven’t met passive standard yet and want to have the best shot at success.
