Book Recommendations on Jobsite Efficiency and Team Management
Someone I know recently got promoted and is going to be a foreman. He has mentorship on the jobsite but I wanted to get him a book or two for the holidays.
Any recommendations on how to manage a team / the nuts and bolts of making a team more efficient (simple things like “use a whiteboard to communicate” or more complex like “meet regularly with your reports”). This is for residential homebuilding.
