Comments always trigger the spam filter

Matt_Michaud | Posted in General Questions on

Does anybody else have this problem? There are no links, every word is carefully chosen (nothing to set off red flags) and still, if its a comment on a thread, I get the “your submission has triggered the spam filter”. Most recently, I tried to comment on the “Steel roof: to sheathe or not to sheathe” thread from April. Does the age of the original topic matter? Do I need to setup a new account?

I've regularly had problems as well. Any attempt to include links seems to be a big trigger along with any longer post.

And I've experienced issues on a frequent basis. An important trigger for any longer post appears to be any attempt to include links.
