We are remodeling our kitchen and would like to update the efficiencies of the envelope. The house was built in 1960. Please give me feedback on the exterior wall assembly.
The wall is brick/block. It has wood 2×4 framing on the interior. I would like to use mineral wool batts in the framing. I have asked the electrician to install air-tight electrical boxes. We plan to air seal with caulk/foam any cracks in the block wall as well as where it meets the floor. We would then apply the Pro Clima Intello Plus membrane before the drywall. 

I am in climate zone four and the walls are above grade. The home has both heat and air conditioning.
