distance between stovepipe and minisplit

My woodstove’s double-wall stovepipe has a clearance to combustibles of 10 inches. Is there any reason to mount a minisplit further than 10″ from the stovepipe if the minisplit and woodstove are never operated at the same time? If so, what is the minimum safe distance?
