I’m replacing windows in a 30 year old double wall house. The jambs were sealed at the interior wall with a gray sealant similar to Moretite gasket cord but softer/sticky and appears to have been applied with a gun. I’m pleased with its performance and longetivity.
Any thoughts on what it is and how to source such a product.
