Favorite T8 LED ballast bypass?

pjpfeiff | Posted in General Questions on

I am considering changing over 30 hard-to-access (due to height) 4 ft fluorescent fixtures over to LED direct-wire.  The space will be getting a new floor, so it’s an opportune time to rent a lift without worrying about harming the floor.  We do have a ladder tall enough (ceiling is 17′ 5″), but I am unwilling to work above my head on a ladder at that height…

Reliability & longevity is a big priority due to the height.
Low flicker is very desirable.
Would love high CRI, but it’s not a priority.
Some flexibility on color temp, but thinking 4000 K.

I would love to go with Waveform Lighting, but that cost is just too high.  Does anyone have a go-to LED type B T8 bulb?
