how to dry out wet open cell foam insulation in sheetrock with brick exterior

KRRGreen | Posted in GBA Pro Help on

we have converted a  brick industrial building into apartments.  we put open cell spray foam insulation on all exterior wall and sprayed the  new TPO roof as well to envelop the building.  We are having moisture/water issues on our south wall of the building. The spray foam between the exterior brick wall and the sheetrock is wet and causing water to seep into the sheetrock behind the mirrors.  How do we get the foam between the walls dry ?   The attic is a pretty large open area will a dehumidifier pull the moisture out  of the walls ? location North Georgia
