How to populate Manual J lookup tables

Hi Folks,

Can someone point me to the data I need to populate the Manual J lookup tables (Walls, Glass, Doors, etc..)?

Thanks DC...I guess I didn't really ask the right question...I don't need to populate every possible option..only need to model my intended construction options..
So I think my real question is this:
I'm only concerned calculating heating load so I believe that for my walls, ceiling & slab Manual J only needs to know overall U values for theses components. So I should be able to calculate these based upon my assembly type and then populate the lookup table accordingly.
For windows/doors I should be able to use manufactures U data, right?
