HPWH recommendation

I am considering AO Smith and Steibel HPWHs. I have heard that getting parts for the Steibel in CT might be difficult. Can you tell me the pros and cons of each?

    Stiebel has four distributors in your state, so that sounds like good coverage. That said, it wouldn't hurt to call a few of them and chat about service support.
