HyperHeat underperforming in cold temps

Last winter I had excessive defrost cycle issue that a new condensor board solved the issue. Although the system never seemed to produce sufficient heat under 37F.
This winter has been colder than last. If I let my woodstove go out, whenever the temps drop below 37F I only get lukewarm heat!
Example in screenshot shows overnight setpoint (blue line) at 63F and it seems to keep it at that temp. 6AM the setpoint (blue line) goes to 67F and the indoor temp struggles (pink circle) and even drops (green line) until the outdoor temp gets above 37F.
Later in the afternoon the woodstove takes over and the green line (indoor temp) goes above the setpoint of 67F per usual.
I’ve mentioned the issue to my installer and they have contacted Mitsubish (after checking refridgerant levels to confirm no leaks) and Mitsubishi says to replace the outside condensor board but they also said there are no boards available for the next 3 months!
What a pain this whole heat pump experience has been… winters only. Summer is no problem with air at all.
Any ideas on why there is a shortage of boards?

Anyone in the future with this problem, it turned out to be a charge issue... The hyper heat units are termed, critical charge units or something to that affect.
Mine was overcharged and would hit the overcharge limit and quit producing heat.
They came back on a warmer day, evacuated all the refrigerant and then recharged to the proper amount... tons of heat now!!!
I've had overcharging issues before. What a pain!

What gets me is that most HVAC units like these have a million sensors and lots of logic surrounding them, yet there's almost no human interface. I've often had to take the outdoor unit apart and count the red, yellow & green blinks of the LED's on a circuit board to understand what the units problem is... This was ridiculous. (Especially when the unit is remotely located, like on a roof)
You'd think in today's day and age of technology, they'd create better comms or otherwise have a better interface. Even if it's via a USB diagnostics port connected to a phone app. But really, if I'm paying for 4k for a highly sophisticated machine in a systematic configuration such as this, I want a onboard wifi module and real-time app telling me what each machines are doing and whatever faults they're having. Not for it to just keep running with on ongoing problem with no effective indication of a problem.

My local installer. I’ve had a lot of issues with the system from incorrect software and a rather long run to one of the head units so nobody was sure if the correct amount was ever put into the system.
