At the bottom of every Q&A page, there is a box labeled "Answer." (You can find the box under the heading, "Post new answer.")
This box is for any type of comment -- not just answers. You can post questions, too, or just observations. If you type words in the box, and then click the little box labeled "post" below the box, then your words will appear as a new comment on the same page.
If you have not yet registered at GBA, you won't see a comment box. Instead, you will see the box reproduced as a photo below. You can register for free -- so don't be afraid of registering. Once you have registered, you can comment.
