insulating a residential metal building

hedieh | Posted in Energy Efficiency and Durability on

we are wanting to build a home from a prefab metal building in houston tx, and would like to know what is a cost effective way of insulating the building, to get sound and moisture and temp barrier in the wall and roof?  there are so many products out there, and many tout spray foam which we know causes condensation issues.  We are using a prefab metal building because the building is mostly garage, 40×60, with a bedroom, living room, and dog kennels that have openings to allow dogs to go in and out, 7 of them.  Please help.
