Is there a way to spray in insulation on an existing exterior wall that was completed 50 yrs ago?

The west side of my home gets freezing in the winter and hot in the summer. (West Chicago)

    Yes. Check your local Yellow Pages for an insulation company and they will bore holes in your walls and spray in foam insulation to fill the cavities.

    No idea what your exterior is, blown in cellulose is another option. Is this the only wall you plan on insulating?
