Kitchen and bathroom cabinets on exterior walls

Our new kitchen will have a floor to ceiling pantry cabinet that will be on an exterior wall. We also have cabinets in our bathroom that will be on an exterior wall.

With us being in a climate where vapor drive is primarily inward, is having these cabinets on exterior walls a concern for moisture? If so, what are some possible solutions?

Our exterior assembly is:
Hardie, Benjamin obdyke rainscreen, tyvek commercial wrap, OSB with taped seams

For the interior, we planned to do rockwool then drywall. The bathroom will likely have glass mat drywall.

What material are your cabinets made out of, and are the backs painted or left bare wood? 1/2" plywood has a perm rating of about ~10 perms, which is semi-permeable and allows some drying to the inside. If you paint it with some oil-based primer you may lose some of that drying capability.
