Local recommendation

I am looking for a local firm in Southeastern MA. to perform a Manual J or equivalent for a passive solar new construction in zone 5A. I read manual J is not recommended for passive solar in their instructions. I plan on using mini-splits and an erv for ventilation. Most locals are not qualified and I don’t want to oversize system.  Thanks
