Log-in problem

user-6509368 | Posted in General Questions on

I signed up for the GBA Prime service this morning. However, when I try to read the restricted articles, the pop-up for registering comes up but does not respond to the “Already Registered? Sign In” prompt.

So I can’t sign in. Please help.

Don't feel like the Lone Ranger Michael. Happening to me as well right now! Same exact thing!

Seeing how no one left a solution, I will comment on my solution to this issue. It was due to an extension I was using. In my case it was ClearURLs. I have never had an issue with this extension in the past, but obviously it interferes with how greenbuildingadvisor does its login.

Go through your extensions and disable them one by one until you can log in. Or use whatever your browser's version of private mode is (assuming you don't allow extensions in private mode).

The error I was getting was "Your credentials are invalid" or something like that. Very confusing.
