I am looking for a consultant that can assess the mechanical systems in my home and provide recommendations for upgrading same. The house was reportedly designed and constructed using Passive House principles but was never certified as such. The mechanical systems consist of a ducted mini split, an ERV and a whole house dehumidifier. I am experiencing some problems with the humidity in the home and have some concerns about indoor air quality. In general, I do not believe that the mechanical systems are functioning properly.

Any advice on where I can source a knowledgeable consultant would be appreciated. My home is located near Pittsboro, NC (about 25 miles SW of Raleigh).
