Mini-split and exterior soundproofing.
Will a mini split through decoupled walls destroy soundproofing enough so that my neighbors hear me having sex? What if I blast loud music would they hear that? Are these two activities really that different in terms of decibels?! I’m going to be on one acre of land, and the neighbors are over that; so let’s say neighbors distance: 1/2 an acre on each side since the cabin will be in the middle of the land.
Not like I’ll ever get the know-how or patience for radiant floors… I’m building my own small cabin and the diy aspect is of the utmost importance to me.
Is that enough info? Will there ever be enough info on this?
