Hi I need to change the filter they offer merv 8 13 and Hepa and says you have to replace every 90 days, how is it possible all 3 last 90
days? When Hepa is more restrictive than a Merv 8 for example?

It's a blanket spec; every situation will be different. Start out replacing them every 3 months and if you find they aren't dirty, you can go longer. Or you might find that you need to replace them more often. It can also vary seasonally, with pollen, wildfire smoke, etc..
