Planning on replacing covered porch floor soon — any followup on articles about Azek lawsuits or Aeratis defects?

I am considering Azek or Aeratis but can’t find what the resolution to lawsuits or manufacturing defects are. Purewood products website was just a generic site for ads for different products.
