Provia Entry Doors

jackofalltrades777 | Posted in Green Products and Materials on

Found the Provia entry doors online. They claim a U-Value of 0.10 on the fiberglass polyurethane core doors.

Anyone use these doors?

What about cost for a 36″ x 84″ door?

The SIGNET line is what I was looking at.

Don't know anything about Provia, but you might want to check out Intus. Reasonable cost for a great product.

I got a quote for the Provia door 36" wide x 80" tall - no glazing, no fancy options, just the standard door

    $3,700

Wow, that is pricey for a door that size

M y UPVC Intus doors, mostly glass, were about $1000 less, with comparable U value. Price included lockset. Nice doors, very pleased with them. They were a bit larger than 36x80.

I purchased my Intus door in September 2013, so pricing has likely changed. The door is mostly triple-pane glass. The quote included the lock set, which is outstanding.
