Recommended sealant for air sealing

I’m looking to air seal a cantilevered floor. My plan was to use sealant rather than canned foam. Looking for suggestions on a good sealant to use for this purpose.

    Contega HF. I stays flexible, but unlike Tremco acoustical sealant, doesn't smell too bad, or get on every tool and piece of clothing you own. It is a bit pricey though.

      Do you think canned foam (great stuff) would do the trick?

        I think it would work fine.

    Visconn and Visconn Fibre are good options. The gun isn’t effective, buy a bucket and use a brush. Water based.
