Insulation Recommendations for deteriorated Exterior portion of Minisplit Lineset

Exterior portion of lineset is about 18″ and insulated with a white jacket, which I presume is the material that Mitsubishi recommends or that comes with the Mitsubishi equipment.  It has deteriorated.  What is the best replacement insulation for the exterior portion? I’d prefer something that has a more durable jacket.
