Venting a Ramada Roof

Hi all! I have a 20×30 Ramada in Arizona. It has concrete room tiles with tongue and groove ceiling. The attic space is completely closed off. Should this be vented?? Thx!

    Looks new. Any pictures of it being built? Any idea exactly what is in between the ceiling and the top of the roof. Obviously no insulation?
