Should outsulation be installed before or after Aerobarrier?

We’re concerned that the outsulation fasteners would cause air leaks that would be sealed with aerobarrier but that the outsulation could make it difficult to find a leak during aerobarrier application.  Should the outsulation be installed before or after aerobarrier?
