Spray foam while planning for re-roof

Any advice on using spray foam in a cathedral ceiling without sticking it directly to the roof sheathing, so if I need to I can tear off the roof sheathing next year when I plan to add insulation to the roof deck?

If you side staple some housewrap to the rafters tight to the roof deck and install enough spray foam to seal the edges of the housewrap to the rafters the roof deck sheets can be removed without disturbing the spray foam.
But why do you think you'll need to remove the roof sheathing?
