Struggling to find details

Hi,
I am looking for details for a retrofit. The existing home is a pier and grade beam foundation system with 2×4 framed walls (no sheathing) with stucco exterior. The roof assembly is made from 2×4 truss system with 3/8 sheathing and shingle roofing. It also has a vented crawl space and a vented attic. The home was built in the 1970s and has not had much beyond cosmetic work done to it by previous owners. The home is located in climate zone 3b (the boundary to 3c is close by (neighboring city – about 1 mile away).
I am trying to plan out a phased rehab, but want to engineer/design the entire thing now. I know I am doing it in the wrong order, but cash flow and housing needs mean I have no choice.
The home had drainage and foundation issues caused by the poor drainage – i fixed both. I can provide more details if needed on what was done. I am now working to make the interior habitable so we can move in, and then over the next few years (5-7), I plan to slowly retrofit the exterior assembly, roof assembly, etc to get a home with an ACH of 0.5 or better
Details i am looking for:
1. Crawl space encapsulation
2. Exterior rockwool insulation with a metal roof and conditioned attic space with r40-45 roof assembly
3. Add exterior 2-3″ of exterior rockwool insulation, and stucco or siding
I will look further through the details, but if someone can point me to the right ones, it will save me a bunch of time.
This place has been a great resource to learn, and I thank you in advance for the help.
