Hi there! It's awesome to hear that you're looking to develop a hybrid heating and cooling device that prioritizes human health and comfort. Although it may additionally prove to be a daunting task, with diligent research, you can genuinely uncover a thermostat that can successfully manage temperature, humidity, oxygen, carbon monoxide, and air stress in a household.

In addition, your approach of modulating the heating and cooling system to the Btu lost per hour with constant air flow to prevent stagnant humidity is a smart way to ensure optimal comfort and health in the home. I'm positive many people in the HVAC and domestic automation communities would be interested in discussing and contributing to your project, so do no longer hesitate to seek out their input.

Best of good fortune with your project, and I hope you find out the best thermostat and system for your needs!

Check out the CERV2 by Build Equinox. It does what you describe.
