Top chord bearing floor truss and ICF detail

I’m in process of designing a project and we are at a point of heading in the direction of using Nudura ICF forms and due to client programming goals, finished floor close to grade has me thinking that top chord bearing floor trusses are the way to go vs trying to bolt on ledgers, create a shelf in concrete or frame a load bearing wall in the basement. I’m wondering if anyone else has experience with this situation. I think I’ve figured it out in terms of structure and insulation but curious what others have done for this detail. See the attached sketch and 3D view. I suppose if the trusses were 16″ on center and aligned with wall framing, I could forego the stacked 2×4 plates but I would still want something more rigid than just the rip of exterior insulation.
