Transition from kraft-faced walls to Intello ceiling

Zone 6a – Minnesota.
Ideally I’d use Intello Plus on the interior of the walls and the ceiling. However, the budget is a bit tight now. Therefore, would Kraft-faced insulation on the walls transitioning to Intello on the ceiling be a viable alternative?

Transition concerns aside- kraft face insulation, beyond an unconditioned shed or similar, has no viable use. It's virtually impossible to install uniformly- even if you give it your best go. Your cavities will have uninsulated pockets. The kraft face itself is another discussion. If you are looking for a budget option, bulk order batting (fiberglass will be less expensive than mineral wool) and sub Certainteed Membrane for Intello Plus.
Thanks. Good advice as usual.
Kraft facing is fine as a sort of cheap smart vapor retarder as long as you don't need anything more fancy. Kraft facing can NOT double as an air barrier though. As long as you're just concerned with a vapor retarder in your assembly, the transition isn't super critical and you should be fine, but I'm with climbing_carpenter and would prefer to substitute Certainteed's MemBrain product for the Intello plus -- MemBrain is cheaper than Intello, but otherwise can act the same way and can double as an air barrier if you're careful with your details.
