Hi, can someone help me with what to do on this modern pre built studio without any current venting. And is it really needed?  It has a lp tech radiant barrier underneath roof decking. 2×6 rafters. 4 windows. I plan to insulate with batts and leave an air gap between radiant barrier and batts. Then cover with drywall. Floor is insulated with 2in spray foam. It will have a window unit and space heater in winter
And walls will have r15. It will be an office space without running water. I would rather not cut into soffit that is finished out. I don’t want to use closed cell spray foam either. Any advice? Location is Asheville NC.
